*CONGRATULATIONS!* to our Parish Priest Fr. Allwyn D'Silva for being appointed as the Episcopal Vicar with charge of the Zone comprising the deaneries of Thane and Kurla by His Eminence Cardinal Oswald Gracias with effect from 21st January 2012. The Episcopal Vicars have the faculty of giving permissions, granting leave, etc. as hitherto given by the Zonal Bishops.
